Quick Throw
The Quick Throw is like a simpler version of the Window Throw, configurable per window action. While moving the cursor up, down, left, or right across a window, press and release the configured modifier key to snap the window. Unlike the Window Throw, no footprint is displayed.
This feature is the reason why Rectangle Pro exists! It is the first functionality outside of Rectangle that I added in, and I liked it so much that I built this app around it. Previously the app was called Hookshot, inspired by this functionality.
Personally, I use Fill Left, Fill Right, Minimize, and Maximize set to control. I also set Hide App to control+option+command.
